Stop comparing your sexuality to anyone else's. I get it. Sometimes it is hard not to though. Big "thank you" to thriving impact of social media, porn, or maybe even exaggerated stories of your friends. Keep in mind this fact:
Everyone's sexuality is unique. Avoid white or black boxes, avoid normal or not normal, right or wrong. Your desires, potential, needs, fantasies are neither better nor worse than mine, or hers, or theirs. Drop that approach. It isn't efficient and can create more stress and self-destructive beliefs. I know for sure that each of us has the birth right for pleasure and happiness. To know what kind of pleasure and happiness you, real YOU, want and need, be CURIOUS: spend some time on educating yourself about sex, your body, their body, your sensual responses, preferences, needs, or maybe even prejudices and fears; experiment, research, talk, share, ask questions. It is not a race, or a contest, babe. It is just a learning process. Love you. Be gentle to your sexuality. 💗
