Sensual Mindfulness which we practice a lot in Sensual Intelligence program creates that space between our body judgements and body innate pure beauty and bliss. You become so enchanted by the second that step by step your imagined beliefs and expectations about your body start vanishing. Tip: After you wake up and before you dive into your morning social media breakfast, start scanning your body slowly and try to identify sensations in each part. Soft sensations? Strong sensations? No sensations? You can also use this exercise every time you feel overwhelmed by the work of thoughts in your mind!
