You can't start loving your body if you think that this body is not worth loving! When you look at yourself and see only flaws it is because your mind shows you this "movie".
The best way to get an access to a movie theatre where they screen captivating, alluring, tantalizing scenes is to start gratifying yourself through your body senses. Enhance your pleasure to such extent that your mind won't be left any other choice but just focus on the most delicious parts of your physical existence. Don't fight your mind - it has the reasons to whine and wear dull dresses! Heal it with pleasure slowly and piece by piece. Swim it in sensations and their intrinsic beauty. Acquire a habit of noticing something new every day: something new to smell, touch, taste, look at, listen to. When I walk I never miss a chance to stop and touch some flowers or trees, savor their aroma, vibrant color, texture. When I drive and my olfactory bulb identifies the "hello" from jasmine, frangipani, sticky rice, and other unforgettable and sometimes new and exotic ingredients of my beloved Thai existence, I immediately start "swallowing" these aromas by quick, short and long inhales. When I dance with someone I surrender and let my attention float along my skin erasing the border between my dancing partners' skin and mine, embracing, listening to their touches, on my waist, arms, fingers, palms, legs, neck. When I am in my body I use my mind only as a navigator towards more pleasure, gratitude, bliss, and refinement. My body becomes inseparable from all these qualities. That is how my body-acceptance and body-confidence burgeon!
