I took a bath today. I took a quite unusual bath today. Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath I took today! The room smelled sage. That gave me tingles. I am a sucker for aromas. They have an alien power over me.
The man turned off the lights. I was laying down on a yoga mat together with about 17 people in the room with a dancing Shiva on the wall. Missed you. The candles' shadows were crawling on this Hindu God and my closed eye pupils flickered in tune with them. The man started playing the Tibetan bowls. Sometimes the sound would go stronger, sometimes weaker. My focus instantly dwelled from the bowls' sounds to the fan, then to the outside noises. I wish this room was sound isolated and I could freely and faithfully dive into these bowls. My thoughts kept galloping around first. But my body was soft and loose. The breath and the heart were calm. Sometimes I would smile when the man would "shamanize" the Tibetan bowl above my face. Sage. Spell. Tibetan cave. Strange. My mind shows me an angel sitting on me. Then I see myself as a lakhon nai dancer in some ancient Thai temple. Then I am back and bored. Turned on. Relaxed. The session is over. I am rested and sweet. I am glad I came. I love feeding my curious sensual hunger for new experiences. Next time I am planning to take a Crystal Sound Bath💙💙💙 Have you ever tried any of these sound baths? What were your impressions?
